Terms of Service
Last updated February 2026 · Cloud Accountants LLC · Colorado Springs, CO
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cloud Accountants LLC website and, together with any signed engagement letter, our provision of services. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Cloud Accountants provides remote bookkeeping, accounting, tax-preparation support and payroll services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for your engagement are set out in a separate engagement letter or proposal, which controls if there is any conflict with these terms.
Not legal or investment advice
Information on this website is general in nature and is not tax, legal or investment advice. We do not guarantee any particular tax outcome, refund or savings. Complex matters may require review by a licensed attorney or CPA.
Fees & billing
Fees are based on transaction volume, number of accounts, complexity and reporting requirements, and are described in your engagement letter. A one-time onboarding fee may apply for backlogged books. Plans have no long-term contract and can be changed or cancelled as described in your agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and access needed to perform the services, and to review deliverables. You remain responsible for the accuracy of data you supply and for filing obligations unless expressly included in scope.
Confidentiality
We treat your business and financial information as confidential and use it only to provide the agreed services, except as required by law.
Communications & SMS
By providing contact details you agree we may contact you about your inquiry and services by email and phone. SMS messaging is opt-in and governed by our Privacy Policy; reply STOP to opt out.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Accountants' liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
