Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, the services you're interested in, and any details you share through our forms, chat, email or during onboarding (including access to accounting systems and financial documents you choose to share).
Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages viewed and device/browser type, used to operate and improve the site.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and provide a quote; to deliver and administer the services you engage us for; to send appointment reminders, service updates and account-related messages (by email and, with your consent, SMS); to maintain security; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

SMS / text messaging (A2P 10DLC)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you SMS text messages related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, consultation confirmations, and account or service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting in to SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This is separate from any other data-sharing described in this policy.

We use minimal cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers (for example, secure document storage, email delivery, or scheduling tools) strictly to operate our services, and when required by law. As noted above, SMS opt-in data is never shared.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal, tax and accounting record-keeping requirements, and resolve disputes.

Children

Our services and site are intended for businesses and adults; they are not directed to children under 18.
